Ms. Jenkins is an employment defense attorney. Consistent with the firm’s legacy of excellence in representing businesses, she works with all sizes of employers and executives in business litigation and employment-related disputes. She guides employers through individual and class action cases, administrative judicial forums including the Labor Commissioner, the Employment Development Department (EDD), the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and alternative dispute resolution. She successfully defends sexual and other harassment claims, alleged discrimination assertions, breach of employment, confidentiality unfair competition and trade-secret agreements (including prosecution to protect employer rights), wage and hour disputes, breach of confidentiality agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful termination and all manner of related tort and contract claims.
Ms. Jenkins proactive representation includes preventive services such as required sexual harassment training, payroll practice auditing, and drafting/review of employer documentation including all pre-hire/hire/post-hire forms. She offers seminars and trainings to keep businesses at the cutting edge of compliance. She is unique among lawyers in that she offers (through her firm) the TLD Law Plus Plan to employer clients, which allows them telephone or e-mail access to her for a reasonable, flat quarterly fee.

Cami Foss brings 20 years of experience in the legal industry, having begun her career at a small family-run law firm in January 2004. Since earning her associate’s degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Coastline Community College in 2006, she has honed her skills in providing exceptional legal support across a variety of practice areas.
Since 2012, Cami has specialized in employment defense, passionately working to protect employers from plaintiff’s attorneys who exploit technicalities for profit. She is deeply committed to ensuring that attorneys have the tools and research needed to leave no stone unturned, crafting robust defenses, and advocating for favorable client resolutions.
